Overview

Cogzee Technologies LLC develops software for public pension planning tools, including Blue Anqor Pension. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when people use this website or contact the company.

Information we may collect

We may collect contact details you choose to provide, such as name, email address, organization, role, and message content. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser, device, page, and usage data to help maintain website performance and security.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate company or app updates, improve public pension software, and maintain security and reliability.

Privacy and security

We design Cogzee products with privacy in mind. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Third-party services

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, payments, or app distribution. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.

1. Information we do not collect

We operate no servers that receive your information. The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software of any kind. We do not create accounts on our servers, build user profiles, or sell or share your data with anyone.

2. Information stored only on your device

The app stores the following locally, in the app's private storage on your device, and never transmits it to us or any third party:

• The profile you enter, such as name, occupation, home state, dates, and retirement defaults.
• The scenarios you save, your recent calculations, and your pinned states.
• Your reminder preferences.
• If you choose to sign in, your account email address — held in encrypted device storage through Android Keystore-backed storage.

3. Optional Google sign-in

Signing in with Google is optional. It is handled by Android's system sign-in through Credential Manager; Google processes that sign-in under Google's own Privacy Policy. The app receives only your email address, which is used solely to label your account on your device. You can use the entire app — including a built-in demo account — without signing in.

4. How information is used

Information you enter is used only to provide the app's features on your device — performing calculations, saving and comparing scenarios, generating PDFs you request, and scheduling the reminders you enable. It is not used for any other purpose.

5. Sharing and external links

When you export a PDF or backup file and tap Share, you choose the destination; the app does not upload it anywhere. The app may open external links, for example the U.S. Social Security Administration, in your browser; those sites have their own privacy practices. Reminders are scheduled locally and never leave your device.

6. Permissions

• Internet — used only for the optional Google sign-in described above.
• Notifications — used only to deliver the local vesting/retirement reminders you choose to enable.

7. Data security

Your data is kept in the app's private, sandboxed storage. If you sign in, your credential is stored using Android's encrypted, Keystore-backed storage. Because your data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers, it is not exposed to any server-side breach of our systems.

8. Your control and rights

• Sign out at any time — your saved data remains on your device.
• Erase everything at any time via Settings → Clear all data in the app, through your device's app-storage settings, or by uninstalling the app.
• Because all of your data lives on your device and is never collected by us, you retain direct control over it at all times. If you have questions about your data, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

Your data is stored on your device regardless of where you are located. We do not transfer your information across borders because we do not receive it.

11. Third-party services

The only third-party service involved is Google Sign-In (optional), governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The app integrates no advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third-party data services.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
